Every educational community should be strengthened in its work environment in order to be a model for the schoolchildren it serves. Therefore, this research designed and validated the effectiveness of a psycho-axiological program focused on moral values to strengthen the work environment in a private educational institution in northern Peru. The state of the work environment in the institution was observed and diagnosed by means of Sonia Palma's Work Environment Scale, then the psycho-axiological program was designed and applied in four workshops to all teachers during four months. The research was of a quasi-experimental type, under a pre- and post-test design with a single group. The effectiveness of the psycho-axiological program was concluded after the analysis of the results by significantly improving the five factors of the mentioned scale: Personal Accomplishment, Work Involvement, Supervision and Communication.
