This study aims to analyze the use of e-commerce in companies offering nature tourism in Paraguay, registered in the National Registry of Tourism Service Providers of Paraguay (REGISTUR) as of October 2023. The study was based on a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive approach. Sixteen companies were analyzed. They had a functioning website and were not classified as permanently closed, temporarily closed, audited, or complained about in REGISTUR. The data collection instrument was a checklist with 30 criteria and 5 dimensions (social media, interaction, reservations, rate descriptions, and online payments). The main results show that the highest degree of compliance with the dimensions was: D3, reservation systems 69.6%, followed by D1, social media 42.5%, and thirdly, D2, interaction 34.4%. The lowest-performing companies are: D4, rate descriptions, 29.7%, and D5, online payment methods, 10%. Therefore, it is concluded that these companies' use of e-commerce is almost nonexistent. It is worth noting that they do offer online reservation systems, but the actual purchase is made upon arrival at the site.
