Cystadenocarcinoma of the appendix is a rare pathology, of low prevalence to date with an estimate of less than 0.5%. Usually the finding occurs around the sixth decade of life, during an intervention due to suspicion of an acute appendicitis, since it clinically simulates this pathology. The objective of this study is to report the clinical case of a 55-year-old patient with a Cystadenocarcinoma mucinous of the appendix.
