Abstract: The work focuses on relations between the EU and CELAC and on the current situation following the third summit held in Brussels in July 2023, on the eve of the next summit in Santa Marta, Colombia, and briefly analyzes the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats in the context of the objective of developing and consolidating a strategic partnership between the two regions.
