This article analyzes the role of supervisory management in the Paraguayan education system as a key instrument for improving educational quality. The objective of the research was to analyze the perception of educational supervisors in Paraguay regarding supervisory management as a means of improving educational quality, identifying its strategic role in pedagogical support, institutional leadership, and technical guidance in the year 2025. The methodology was mixed, descriptive-exploratory in scope, using the survey technique and a semi-structured online questionnaire as an instrument. The sample consisted of 332 educational supervisors from different geographical areas of the country. The results showed that, despite institutional limitations, educational supervisors recognize their strategic role in pedagogical support and guidance for school teams. It was concluded that it is essential to revalue the role of the supervisor, providing them with specialized training and adequate conditions for the exercise of effective pedagogical leadership. This is a determining factor in strengthening the improvement of pedagogical practices in ensuring educational quality.
