AYALA RAMOS, María Vidalina; MORA ROJAS, Celso Obdulio; LOPEZ BOGADO, Lucas Roberto  e  ESTIGARRIBIA ALMEIDA, María Del Carmen. Interinstitutionality: a component of the management model of the National University of Asunción as a 2025 strategy. Poblac.Desarro. [online]. 2026, vol.32, n.62, pp.83-95. ISSN 2076-0531.  https://doi.org/10.18004/pdfce/2076-054x/2026.032.62.083.

This article analyzed the role of inter-institutionality in the institutional development of the National University of Asunción (UNA) during the last decade (2015–2025), and showed how cooperation with national and international entities became a cross-cutting axis in research, teaching, outreach, and university management. Based on specific cases and collaborative experiences, it examined the achievements attained, current challenges, and UNA's transformation into a relevant actor in the global higher education system, while remaining committed to local priorities. It concluded that inter-institutionality moved from being a complementary action to become a strategic, established, and capacity-multiplying practice.

Palavras-chave : inter-institutionality; higher education; international cooperation; university outreach.
