Anembryonic pregnancy represents a specific form of incomplete abortion that is closely linked to spontaneous abortions. This condition can put affected women at risk of serious complications, such as severe bleeding and infections, which can significantly increase morbidity and mortality. At the local level, precise data on the prevalence of anembryonic pregnancy are not available, underscoring the need for more detailed epidemiological studies. In this context, the case of a patient who was diagnosed with this pathology is presented, describing both the procedures used for the diagnosis and the therapeutic strategies implemented to adequately manage this medical condition.
