Existen 485 errores innatos de la inmunidad distribuidos en diez categorías, la décima corresponde a las fenocopias, las cuales se producen por mutaciones somáticas o anticuerpos anti citocinas. En el siguiente reporte de caso presentamos un paciente que ingresó a la unidad de cuidados críticos por un choque séptico de origen pulmonar secundario a una inmunodeficiencia por fenocopia de la susceptibilidad a micobacterias y se hace una revisión de la literatura sobre esta entidad.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Primary immunodeficiencies or inborn errors of immunity are disorders of genetic origin in which a cellular or humoral component of innate or adaptive immunity is altered, mainly generating a tendency to infections. There are 485 inborn errors of immunity distributed in ten categories, the tenth corresponds to phenocopies produced by somatic mutations or anti-cytokine antibodies. In the following case report, we present a patient who was admitted to the critical care unit due to septic shock of pulmonary origin secondary to phenocopy immunodeficiency to mycobacterial susceptibility. A review of the literature on this entity is made.]]></p></abstract>
