Marketing is key for all companies, from the largest to those that are taking their first steps, but in the face of too much information to which the consumer is exposed, there is a factor that can make a difference and generate positioning for your brand, and that is what It is called content marketing, it can be said that it is the creation, publication and distribution of content of original value and interest for customers, followers, fans and the user community. The digital media community receives thousands of contents, hence the importance of being original and focusing on fostering a relationship of trust with the audience in order to have opportunities in the short, medium and long term. With the aim of making an opinion and substantiating the importance of the content, it will be possible to analyze concepts and contributions from different authors to understand the content creation process, starting from the survey of what brands have as content and being able to make a real inventory of what they can bring to their audience, which leads them to plan, create, publish and disseminate the content and then monitor and see the reach and be able to evaluate the quality of the content.
