Health education programs during the prenatal stage are considered as basic activities for the prevention and promotion of health. Objective: To evaluate the implementation of mothers' clubs in the USF IX Sanitary Region of Paraguarí. Design, Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional, quantitative. A probabilistic sample was applied per conglomerate for the selection of the 4 USF and non-probabilistic sampling for convenience for the choice of women of childbearing age, made up of 125. Regarding knowledge of Obstetric Psychoprophylaxis (PPO) they know the usefulness of the physical-emotional preparation and benefits to the baby; The relaxation technique favors physical-mental aspects, the exercise of gymnastics prepares the body's muscles. They know alarm sign, exclusive breastfeeding and hygiene of the umbilical cord with alcohol. Regarding practice, more than half began prenatal and mothers' club control in the first trimester of pregnancy. Little participation of the couple or family member in the sessions. The implementation of mothers' clubs is irregular. Conclusion: the implementation of the mothers' club in the Health Units of the Carapeguá family. IX Paraguarí Sanitary Region. 2016- 2018, is deficient.
