Maslach Burnout Inventory - Healt Service Survey (MBI-HSS) questionnaire was applied.

Jacome et al's research is highlighted where 47,5% of the residents were categorized with Burnout Syndrome; while, in the study of Estigarribia et al a low prevalence of Burnout Syndrome was found, equivalent to 22%; this difference can be due to the instrument that was used in both studies, being the MBI.
