Assessments of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder are made more at the behavioral level and the academic performance of children. Responses to higher cognitive activities are little studied. However, despite their importance, the application of certain resources such as the Wisc V test is not highlighted. For this reason, the main objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between the results obtained in Working Memory and the diagnosis of ADHD in five cases of children between 8 and 9 years old. An explanatory non-experimental design was used. Five elementary school students, enrolled in third and fourth grades, who answered Wisc V Tests, MY Memory Test, MAI Immediate Auditory Memory Test. Also, a checklist was applied to the children's teachers to collect information. The results showed that the students have characteristics of ADHD, low levels of working memory and decreased academic performance. They could explain the fact that the evaluations in Working Memory evidenced difficulties when executing the instructions of their teachers during the classes.
