Organizational changes has become faster, causing problems for some companies, however, there are not always negative consequences. Most organizations know how to cope with imminent evolutions, so they can achieve positive and beneficial result. Although change is a concept that tends to affect some extent on the internal or external environment of the organization, for which, the results and future predictions that its management may imply must be taken into account. Change is one of the factors that organizations turn to in search of survival in the face of increasingly dynamic and competitive environments. With a theoretical approach and through literature reviews, the document addresses the issue of change from an organizational perspective, with the objective of identifying what are the reasons of origin and the process of its implementation.
