Abstract

The aim is to investigate the situation of young people in Higer Education, from entry to finish of the degree course in the National University of Pilar, specifically in the career of Low, face to face modality of 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, whith the objetive of knowing the dropout level of the students of said academic periods and describing in a qualitative way the phenomenon analized. To this end, a descriptive research whith a documentary design was carried out, framed whithin the quantitative analysis of secundary data, opting as a data prduction technique of documentary review of source. The dropout rate of students fron the analyses cohorts is very haigh and above ell it is accentuated in men fron 32 to 51 years to age.
