Abstract

The behavior and culture of organizations influence their ability to implement innovation processes. This article is analyzes, based on the relevant literature, which are the factors that may affect the innovation processes in companies and specifically in relation to technological innovation. Organizations must strengthen learning environments, and it is necessary to understand that in organizational learning each and every one of the parties are important and have an impact on the learning process, as they involve the talent and skills of each of the people that make up the organization. Knowing and understanding which are the factors that affect the ability to innovate that an organization has is essential for the leader to succeed. Knowledge management allows leaders of organizations to know what intellectual values ​​are under their control, and prepare better for the future. Innovation in a company is mainly based on its technological capacity, which makes it more efficient. A company that has technological capacity will be in a better position to increase its levels of efficiency, in order to obtain a better performance and positive results.
