Abstract
ILLAS RAMIREZ, Wilfredo José and GUANIPA MALUENGA, Luis Ramón. Knowledge management: the shared use in venezuelan university education. Acad. (Asunción) [online]. 2018, vol.5, n.2, pp.159-168. ISSN 2414-8938. https://doi.org/10.30545/academo.2018.jul-dic.8.
Knowledge management from the emergence, production, socialization and transformation of knowledge processes would become a cardinal element of the notion of denationalized university expressed by the glolocal relationship, the relevance of knowledge and the shared use of information. These relational triads are seen from an onto-epistemic perspective that is articulated with the idea of ba proposed by Nonaka and Konno to generate a basho world-society that is expressed both in the internationalization of knowledge and in the possibility of assuming interchange processes examined from complexity and autopoiesis. This reflexive circuit highlights the need to make visible the knowledge produced in Venezuelan universities through collaborative, interrelated research units and positions of scientific publication. The fundamental thing then consists in generating real national and international alliances, which constitute an appropriate occasion for the dialogue of knowledge, which would allow real opportunities to take advantage of and share the scientific work of our university institutions.
