Abstract

Improving living conditions in marginalized and isolated contacted communities in Latin America is particularly difficult to address because it requires viable and sustainable interventions challenge. This requires raising especially appropriate methodologies that enable influence the main shortcomings that these rural communities themselves recognize, such as health. When compared with national averages, it can be observed in communities mortality rate is higher for all ages and life expectancy is lower. The causes are deficient levels of preventive health and both physical and economic access to health systems is insufficient. It is necessary to design health policies at the local level, can address the issues identified.
