The purpose of this article aims to consider the time flexibility and home office as an unavoidable strategy for the new work culture, where the main job activities are immersing in a digital environment, also this article presents a full technological proposal, remarking a set of elements potentially important when implementing a strategy as the one discussed as the main topic of this reflection.
