In the 108 doses applied, a total of 43 adverse events were recorded, 95.3% within the first 5 days and the rest at 5 days. A total of 51.2% presented the adverse event after the first dose, 39.5% after the second dose and 9.3% after the third dose. The mean duration of symptoms was 2.3 days ±1.4. The most important adverse effect was pain at the injection site, followed by fever and fatigue. Exacerbation of SLE was also recorded as an adverse event in 8.3%.
