The objective of this research is to analyze, based on a theoretical review and according to various authors, communication styles as a strategic element of managerial skills in organizations, describing the importance of treating communication strategically at different levels. managers as an instrument or tool that leaders can manage to improve their organizations. It is essential that managers have skills in which they are required to know themselves, learn to manage time, stress and have analytical solutions, negotiation power, motivate their collaborators and the sensitivity to listen to different opinions, as well as having the ability to know how to delegate and generate positive changes and, above all, achieve teamwork, since they are key characteristics for the development of communication in today's organizations. According to the studies analyzed, several experts emphasize that efficient communication styles among employees in organizations are essential for achieving the objectives and goals set. In which managers have the responsibility to direct, control and work as a team as mentioned above. It is concluded that communication styles as a strategic element of administrative skills benefits the flow of information between employees and areas that are part of the company, increasing efficiency, productivity and maintaining an efficient dialogue and inclusion of its workers, reflecting in profitability and permanence of organizations.
