Abstract

GARCIA-LIRIOS, Cruz. Exploratory categorical structure of transactional leadership in conflictive environments. Rev. ciente. UCSA [online]. 2022, vol.9, n.2, pp.94-102. ISSN 2409-8752.  https://doi.org/10.18004/ucsa/2409-8752/2022.009.02.094.

Organizational Social Work, defined as a subdiscipline dedicated to the prevention of accidents and illnesses, as well as to the promotion of lifestyles free of risks and violence with an orientation towards pacification, cooperation and job satisfaction, is the object of study of the present work; the objective of this being the analysis of the structure of categories and subcategories extracted from a review of the literature. A documentary, retrospective and sequential study was carried out with a non-probabilistic choice of sources indexed in international repositories such as Diañnet, Latindex, Publindex, Redalyc and Scielo, as well as their search by keywords. A structure of three categories with 15 corresponding subcategories was observed, suggesting a model of knowledge focused on collaborative, empathetic and motivating leadership.

Keywords : community; organization; productivity; leadership; sustainability.
