The purpose of the research was to analyze the future of management practices of continuous improvement and social responsibility applied by agricultural producers in Venezuela. Such practices seek the effectiveness of managerial action. It was an explanatory research, of a mixed nature, with a concurrent transformative design, presenting the data of the qualitative phase. The technique used was the semi-structured interview, the credibility of the research was achieved with respect for the context and significance of the opinions of the interviewees. The universe was made up of agricultural producers belonging to the National Association of Agricultural Growers, to the Association of Rural Producers of the Portuguesa state and the Association of Rural Producers of Turén. The units of analysis were agricultural producers. Expert sampling was followed. The discussion pointed to the development of eight emerging categories: economic sustainability, technological innovation, social capital, importance of agricultural producer associations, management transparency, governance, environmental sustainability and organizational contribution. The results indicated that this evolution of the management practices of continuous improvement and social responsibility of agricultural producers in Venezuela was marked by profitability and productivity; the agricultural producers associations directed their efforts towards the development of actions that would ensure these objectives.
