Abstract

The study considers the objective "to determine if the work environment is related to staff turnover in the Call Center company Teleatento del Perú, Lima 2021". Likewise, in the methodological context, it has been treated through the quantitative approach, descriptive level, correlational non-experimental design with transectional temporality. The population was quantified in 12,000 collaborators, having a sample of 372 people. Data were collected through the survey as a technique and through the questionnaire as an instrument, using the Likert scale. Regarding the processing of the inferential data, the "Spearman's Rho" test was used, which showed the value (r=-0.578), thus finding a direct relationship. It concludes "the work environment has a direct significant relationship with staff turnover."
