Abstract

One of the conditioning elements of work performance in companies is the work environment known as organizational climate, where difficulties arise not only in the organizational structure, but also in the emotional factors of workers such as adaptation to changes, conditions work and communication businesswomen. The objective of the study was to determine the influence of the organizational climate on the work performance of the Cotton Life company. With a quantitative approach, and a non-experimental, causal correlational design, with a sample of 80 workers; and the survey technique was used and a questionnaire was used as an instrument; and concluded: The organizational climate does directly influence the work performance of the Cotton Life company staff, Lima 2021; having obtained a Wald score of 17,358, it is located at the appropriate level of the organizational climate variable compared to job performance, and p = 0.000.
