RODRIGUEZ, Clarissa Melina; ACHINELLI, Marcela Fernanda  and  AYALA, Dahiana Elizabeth. Creative circle between teaching, research and extension. Rev. ciente. UCSA [online]. 2021, vol.8, n.1, pp.42-56. ISSN 2409-8752.  https://doi.org/10.18004/ucsa/2409-8752/2021.008.01.042.

The interaction between teaching, research and extension is the main duty of the university. One way to test the knowledge acquired in the classroom is through pre-professional practice, which in the case of Economic Sciences is linked to data collection. The research project carried out by the Faculty of Economic Sciences (FCE) and the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Art (FADA) of the National University of Asunción called: Creative and sustainable cities: a new model of economic, social and cultural. Case study: Historic Center of Asunción (CHA) used new data collection techniques, breaking paradigms with new storage platforms, using smartphones and interactive maps of downtown Asunción. The methodology used in this stage was the field one, with the application of surveys to 318 cultural and creative companies previously identified from the database of the Economic Census of the General Directorate of Statistics, Surveys and Censuses (DGEEC). The results obtained demonstrate a solvency regarding the handling of labor and statistical concepts by the students involved in the project. In conclusion, it can be mentioned that the work among teachers, graduates and students generates feedback that benefits the community, attending to the constant improvement in the labor supply.
