It was concluded that the experiences of people with psychosocial disabilities in the workplace are positive due to the good performance and relationship within the work; However, there is still difficulty for access to work due to internal factors such as self-stigma, fear and symptomatology of the disease and also external factors such as prejudice and social marginalization, ignorance about the disease and demands of the labor market.
