This paper poses the need of producing lexicographical works of Spanish dialect type of Paraguay, that, while some works have dystopian character, these are meager when taking them as a reference for local lexical variety. From a differential angle, the dictionary collects the terms in use of a particular linguistic community, which belongs to a wider community. Although it is considered obsolescent by its fragmentary conception, it is still needed to point out which is different respect to other linguistic realities. Also, provides the basis for the development of comprehensive or national dictionaries, where their aim is the collection of all the voices of the studied language; hence new titles of Spanish dictionary have emerged followed by the argument complement of Mexico, Argentina, which until today are the only two existing realities.
