Abstract

NEUSER, H. Theory and Experience: the problems of qualitative methods in educationar research. Rev. ciente. UCSA [online]. 2015, vol.2, n.1, pp.85-118. ISSN 2409-8752.

The purpose of this introduction to the methods of qualitative empirical research is: to describe some of the most important methodical and methodological procederes in fundamental scientific research of pedagogy. This intention is not without difficulties, since both social science and pedagogy, has been established generally fatal division of labor between two types of specialists: the objectives and methods. Few experts in the 'what' and 'how' of educational research. The consequneces are methodically well versed, but no significantly projects on the one hand and works of a high theoretical interest, but in a "questionable" methodical quality on the other hand. For further development of the discipline and teaching profession both aspects are of great importance. A good theoretical development presupposes an investigation of equal quality. The development of the teaching profession depends equally on the results obtained by investigating the effects, bases and determining conditions of actions, interventions and socio-pedagogical developments.

Keywords : research process; relationship between theory and practice; professionalization of students; basic quantitative empirical methods.
