The objective of this paper is to stablish links between science and people by dialogues about scientific paradigms proposed by Boaventura de Sousa Santos (2009) in “Epistemologíadel Sur” and the interpretation of Preliminary Study of Transport in the Metropolitan Region of Buenos Aires EPTRM (1971). The paper begins with a reflection about our work and time used in scientific production. Then, continue with a briefly systematization about main aspects and crisis phase of dominant paradigm and EPTRM. After that, four pillars of emerging scientific paradigm and their relationship with EPTRM were showed. Finally, some reflections and positions about science, people and links between them were described. The main purpose of this work is show perspectives to researchers whom are doing doctoral, postgrad or grade thesis, or any other investigation project; with this information they could link researches to people. In addition, to show the benefits about stablish our knowledge using subjects who are part of our research objectives, and with this information we could identify is people are just a study object or could be an intervention and transformation object.
