Abstract

The 2019 SARS-CoV2 coronavirus disease is an emerging infection, to date the pathogenic potential and transmission dynamics are not completely clear. For this reason it is necessary to maintain and strengthen biosecurity measures within health facilities. They include guidelines on the movement of people within the hospital from their arrival to their final destination, whether they are officials, health personnel, patients and their companions, with the sole purpose of protecting each other and preventing the spread of SARS- CoV2. The objective of this review is to summarize the extensive bibliography available to determine the key points in the protection and circulation of patients hospitalized in the rooms of the Medical Clinic Service of the National Hospital in order to avoid the spread of SARS-CoV2.
