Findings of primary cardiac malignant neoplasia are very rare and sporadic, among these is rhabdomyosarcoma. It is a mesenchymal neoplasm, whose diagnosis is made through imaging studies and pathological confirmation. Due to its infrequency, there is no precise and protocolized treatment standard at a national and global level.

We present the case of a young male patient with symptoms of dyspnea, weight loss and precordial pain; a tumor is confirmed, probable myxoma by echocardiography and embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma is diagnosed with the histology obtained after tumor exeresis at the IPS Central Hospital.
