Abstract

Adrenal myelolipoma is a rare, benign, slow-growing tumor composed of adipose tissue and hematopoietic elements, this tumor is generally asymptomatic and frequently discovered as an incidentaloma. It can evolve with clinical manifestations like abdominal pain, particularly when the tumor reaches a large size, the feeling of abdominal mass, neighbour organs compression and acute intratumoral or retroperitoneal hemorrhage.
