SARS COV-2 is a pandemic that is currently in development and all its systemic repercussions are still being studied. It currently has 150 million positive cases and 3 million deaths. Its radiological presentation is well known, however, pneumothorax and pneumomediastinum are rare manifestations and even more so in non-ventilated patients. We present a case of a male patient with pneumothorax and non-ventilated spontaneous pneumomediastinum.
