The Morgagni hernia corresponds to a rare congenital defect of the diaphragm. Its diagnosis is established as an incidental finding or in the presence of non-specific respiratory and / or digestive symptoms, as well as its complications. The treatment is surgical given the possibility of complications. We present the case of a patient with a symptomatic Morgagni hernia, in which we performed a laparoscopic hernioplasty.
