Immature ovarian teratomas (IOT) are malignant tumors formed by tissues similar to embryonic or fetal tissues. We present the case of a 16-year-old patient with a large abdominal mass, who consulted due to possible pregnancy. Once the pregnancy was ruled out, complementary studies (tumor markers, CT) were performed, verify inright adnexal mass, so surgery is scheduled. Subsequently, the follow-up is performed by the Department of Pediatric Oncology for adjuvant treatment.
