Abstract

The pleomorphic adenoma of the lacrimal gland is considered one of the most frequent tumors of the lacrimal glands. However, sometimes the lack of preoperative clinical suspicion may affect the adequate treatment of the same and the evolution of said pathology. We present the clinical case of a 68-year-old male patient who presented with pain in the right orbital region. After the suspicion, he is operated on, with pathology report of a pleomorphic adenoma of salivary gland.Patient presents satisfactory evolution.
