The radial flap, is a type II fasciocutaneous flap according to Mathes and Nahai, of great versatility thanks to its main irrigation by the radial artery and its minor pedicles, it offers a wide variety of alternatives to reconstruction. We present the case of a young patient with loss of substance in the right hand by pyrotechnics. The objective of the work is to describe the technique used.
