Facial paralysis produces a deficit in functionality and aesthetics associated with a severe emotional sequel and an individual, social and professional negative impaction those affected. In our sudy we present the case of an adult patient with congenit al left facial paralysis by Moebius syndrome; We chose the orthodromic flap of the temporal muscle and fascia tensor can with out neurotinging in single stage. The objective was to describe the technique used.
