Abstract

FRANCO-FASSINO, Eduardo et al. TRAUMATIC INJURY OF FEMORAL ARTERY TREATED WITH GRAFTED AUTHENTIC OF VENA SAFENA CONTRALATERAL. Rev. Cir. Parag. [online]. 2018, vol.42, n.2, pp.40-41. ISSN 2307-0420.  https://doi.org/10.18004/sopaci.2018.agosto.40-41.

Both in the civil and military fields, vascular injuries of the lower extremities are frequent and potentially fatal.

The initial support measures to combat shock, a technically correct surgical attitude aimed at early repair of the vascularization of the limb and a strict and continuous postoperative control are the basic pillars of the treatment.

The autologous graft of the saphenous vein remains the reference.

Keywords : Vascular injuries; shock; autologous graft..
