Abstract

Although at present it is possible to detect with modern imaging techniques a good number of adrenal tumors that in the past went unnoticed clinically and hormonally, evidencing adrenal oncocytic tumors is still a rarity to this day. Most of the described cases have a benign behavior and are hormonally inactive and until this publication there are few reports of tumors in this location that meet histological criteria of malignancy. We present a new case of oncocyticcorticosuprarenal tumor with signs of malignancy and we discuss its differential, clinical and treatment diagnosis.
