Abstract

Small-bowel tumors account for less than 3% of digestive tumors.The malignant tumors constitute the most viewed variety being the adenocarcinoma that is observed more frequently.They settle more frequently in the proximal duodenum and jejunum.They may be silent or with nonspecific signs such as postprandial pain. Vomiting is often common. The contrasting intestinal transit is the most reliable method to show the point of the lesion. The treatment is always surgical.
