Abstract

The acute pancreatitis is a disease characterized by sudden and acute presentation of pain in upper abdomen, in a high percentage related with gallstones and lithiasis en the bile duct, it may present with jaundice or not and in most cases are mild. A repetition of the same picture occurs more severely, with local or systemic complications. We present a case of moderate recurrent PAB due to local complication.
