They constitute a heterogeneous group of tumors that can originate in virtually all organs; Itsetiopathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment still generate arguments, although it is known that they all have something in common: neuroendocrine cells as the origin of tumors, with biochemical and histological similarity with neural crest cells. We present the case of a patient, who was operated on in our service and whose final diagnosis was non-functioning cystic neuroendocrine tumor of intermediate aggressiveness.
