Abstract

DA SILVA, Luis et al. LAPAROSCOPIC IN BLADDER PERFORATION PERITONITIS. Rev. Cir. Parag. [online]. 2016, vol.40, n.1, pp.21-24. ISSN 2307-0420.  https://doi.org/10.18004/sopaci.2016.mayo.21-24.

Bladder injuries are caused by high energy blunt trauma that disrupt the pelvis bone, a direct blow to a distended bladder, penetrating injuries or some iatrogenic causes. The case of a young female patient, underlying pathology study by the Department of Urology, who in the context of diagnosis of this disease underwent a urological invasive procedure (TUR), with peritoneal abdomen presents 24 hours after the procedure. During surgery it was found about 1000cc of urine and bladder perforation 1 cm in diameter with externalized mucosa into peritoneal cavity. Biopsy of bladder mucosa, closure of defect with absorbable material and drainage of the cavity was performed entirely by videolaparoscopy.
