SUMMARY Solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas is a disease of low incidence, where 1 -2% of pancreatic tumors is benign and low malignant potential. Surgical treatment usually gives long survival, about 90% at 5 years as this conduct mandatory. We report the case of a patient operated on service.
