ABSTRACT Lower gastrointestinal bleeding is bleeding from the digestive tract between the angle of Treitz and the anus. Its magnitude varies from minor bleeding to exsanguinating hemorrhage. Among the less common causes of lower gastrointestinal bleeding intestinal parasitoids is cited. We present a patient with 32 years old, from inside the country who complains of rectal bleeding, which is diagnosed with lower gastrointestinal bleeding by parasitic infestation. Get medical treatment with complete remission of their condition. It is interesting to consider this differential diagnosis for acute low digestive bleeding since there are no publications on this topic.
