In the company Piray, Abai district, department of Caazapá this research was conducted on availability of bean (Vigna unguiculata), cassava (Manihot esculenta), corn (Zea mays) for human consumption and social value by the families. The type research is descriptive with an qualitative and quantitative focus, technipues for data collection consisted of interviews, direct observations, field notes and weighting items. The results regarding the availability of cassava for human consumption gave an amount of 28.325 kg, a 31% of total production, beans available for human consumption was 419.55 kg, a 65% of to available for human consumption was a total of 419.55 kg for 65% of total production, and corn available for human consumption was 4.729 kg, a 30% of total production
