Abstract: This article analyzes the “advisory opinions” within the framework of dispute resolution mechanisms in MERCOSUR, after the recent modification of the Olivos Protocol Regulations by Decisions CMC No. 05/22 and CMC No. 06/22 (PARLASUR). The document analyzes the obstacles and proposes guidelines for their modification.
