Abstract: Established in 2004 as a MERCOSUR dispute resolution body, the Permanent Review Court (Tribunal Permanente de Revisión) has had limited activity for years. This situation encourages generating a consideration of its efficiency as well as its future projection, allowing to consider possible reforms in a short and medium term that enable the body to increase its functionality to the service of the legal security to the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR) regulations.
