The violence, the wars that have arisen do not guarantee the peace and tranquility that we seek, for which the International Organizations lose their reason for being. Even so, international legal principles do not apply in times of “peace” as well as in times of armed conflict, and human life is in perpetual threat or remains worthless in the eyes of the protagonists of international relations who continue to defend their rights. unavowable and unconfessed interests.

Keywords : International law; War; Ethics; Human Life; Arms.
